There are a few different payment options available for our customers
- Eway is an award winning secure payment platform that uses the highest level of PCI-DSS compliance. It is mobile friendly with Android, Windows, iOS, Blackberry and all other mobile operating systems. With Eway you have the choice of using Visa, M/Card, American Express or Diners Club
- PayPal is also a secure online payment platform that is PCI DSS compliant. When paying for your purchase using PayPal, the customer will be taken to the PayPal checkout site and then returned to www.stans.com.au website. We also offer PayPal pay in 4 and general credit card payments using the PayPal platform.

No Merchant Fees
Please note that we do not charge any merchant fees. What you pay is the final ticket price of your item (which includes GST) plus postage if applicable. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars
What is PCI –DSS?
The PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) is a set of comprehensive security requirements all businesses that handle credit and debit payments must comply with.
When purchasing multiple items at the one time, we do not believe that it is fair that customers should have to pay postage for each individual item. Therefore if you purchase multiple items, your postage charge will be determined by dollars spent not by weight.
We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries. All parcels dispatched have a tracking number. Plus the customer has the option of Express or Standard delivery.
Please check that you have entered your delivery details correctly as we accept no responsibility for lost goods under these circumstances.
If your delivery preference is to "leave your parcel at door if nobody is home" then please put a note on your order when checking out. The sales team will then follow your directions and ensure that the signature box is unticked
Postage charges can vary, however for parcels being forwarded in Australia (excluding really remote areas) the postage charges are
Free Postage for all orders over $120.00
Spend over $60.00 but under $120.00 and the postage charge is $12.95
Spend under $60.00 and the postage charge is $15.95
For all orders over $120.00 - Express Postage charge is $12.95
Spend over $60.00 but under $120.00 and the Express Postage charge is $16.95
Spend under $60.00 and the Express Postage charge is $19.95
The Postage charge quoted may change if you live in a remote Country location within Australia. We will contact you prior to shipping if this is applicable. If you are not happy with the new postage charge, you have the right to cancel the order & receive a full refund, prior to us shipping.
If you are purchasing from overseas, we only dispatch with Australia Post. We have a flat shipping rate per country, however on occassions we may need to charge more. In this event, if you are not happy with the postage quote then you can cancel the order and will receive a full refund
Where is my Parcel? When your order has been posted, we will forward you a tracking number via email. You can track your parcels progress thru the couriers online website. If however your parcel is taking longer than expected or you have any concerns, please contact us on 03 9563 7000 or email email@example.com and we will follow up with the delivery company and keep you informed.
Import Duties/Sales Tax
All of our quoted prices include 10% GST (Sales Tax). If the order originates from outside of Australia, then we will deduct the sales tax from the price of the goods (not the postage). Any duties imposed by the importing country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
At Stanley’s Menswear we always aim to provide a high level of customer service, provide you with good quality goods & all at reasonable prices. However, despite our effort & good intentions, we know that mistakes can happen.
If the item(s) you purchase arrives faulty or damaged then you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel to obtain a returns authorization number, You will then be required to post the item back to us for examination, including a copy of the invoice, all the original packaging & a letter explaining the fault. If the garment is inspected and found to be faulty then a full refund, including postage will be honoured or if you prefer we can exchange the item for you.
If the garment is inspected and found not to be faulty then we will contact you. You will have the choice of exchanging the garment or we can return the original item. You will however incur an extra postage charge under these circumstances.
Please note all Refunds will only be made against the credit card used in the original purchase. We will not allocate a refund to a different credit card under any circumstance.
If we accidently forward you the wrong garment, then you will be entitled to a full refund including postage. You will also be entitled to a big apology for any inconvenience caused
Remember that Stanley’s Menswear is governed by the Victorian Consumer Laws so if any problems occur we are here to help. We are not legally obligated to refund your purchase if you change your mind, however if the goods are faulty we must either repair a faulty garment within a reasonable amount of time or give you a refund or exchange.
If you have purchased an item which is the wrong size, colour or fit, then we will happily exchange the item for you or issue you with an in-store credit note which is valid for 12 months. All exchanges will incur another postage charge & all credit notes issued will exclude delivery costs.
If you wish to make a purchase on the condition that you can receive a refund if the goods are not suitable, then you MUST contact us prior to ordering. It is not our standard policy to refund, however on occasion management will agree to do so.
Please note that if an alteration has been requested, we will be unable to exchange the garment for you.
This exchange policy applies only when:
1. The item is returned to us in its original condition;
2. The garment has not been worn or washed;
3. All packaging, including labels must be returned unaltered; and
4. A copy of the original invoice is provided.
If you have an item to return please use the following procedure:
1. Email or phone us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide us with your full name, web order number and a description of the problem.
3. After the information has been verified we will forward a returns authorization number to you via email.
Out of Stock Items
The stock levels shown on our website are aligned with our point of sale system and are updated daily. On occasions are stock levels may be incorrect or the stock may have been sold during the day. In the rare event you purchase a garment that is not available we will contact you by phone or email and let you know exactly where you stand. If the garment is unavailable or we are waiting on delivery you will either be offered a full refund or we will forward the garment to you as soon as it arrives in store.
On rare occasions a garments price may change. We reserve the right to contact the customer and inform them of the new price. This would be a rare occurrence and the customer would be given the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund or alternatively pay the new quoted price.
All the colours displayed on this website are true & accurate. Colours can vary on individual computer screens, depending on set up. We cannot be held responsible for this anomaly.
Our website is aligned with our in-store Point of Sale system which gives you a very accurate idea of whether the stock is available for purchase in the quantity you require. Can’t find what you are looking for
Stanley’s Menswear has both an online shop and Retail outlet. Due to time constraints and being a small business we do not have all of our stock available to purchase online.
