REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
At Stanley’s Menswear we always aim to provide a high level of customer service, provide you with good quality goods & all at reasonable prices. However, despite our effort & good intentions, we know that mistakes can happen.
If the item(s) you purchase arrives faulty or damaged then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel to obtain a returns authorization number, You will then be required to post the item back to us for examination, including a copy of the invoice, all the original packaging & a letter explaining the fault. If the garment is inspected and found to be faulty then a full refund, including postage will be honoured or if you prefer we can exchange the item for you.
If the garment is inspected and found not to be faulty then we will contact you. You will have the choice of exchanging the garment or we can return the original item. You will however incur an extra postage charge under these circumstances.
Please note all Refunds will only be made against the credit card used in the original purchase. We will not allocate a refund to a different credit card under any circumstance.
If we accidently forward you the wrong garment, then you will be entitled to a full refund including postage. You will also be entitled to a big apology for any inconvenience caused
Remember that Stanley’s Menswear is governed by the Victorian Consumer Laws so if any problems occur we are here to help. Please contact us if you have received a faulty garment. We are obligated to either repair a faulty garment within a reasonable amount of time or forward you a refund or exchange. Either way we will be available to sort out any issues that may arise in a considerate and fair manner. I promise you that we will not disappear!!
General Returns Policy
If you have purchased an item which is the wrong size, colour or fit, then we will happily exchange or refund the item. All exchanges will incur another postage charge & any refunds issued will exclude the price of postage initially paid.
Exchanges or refunds will not be issued for any "special orders" or if the garment has been altered e.g. trouser legs have been shortened.
Our Refund or exchange policy applies only when:
1. The item is returned to us in its original condition;
2. The garment has not been worn or washed;
3. All packaging, including labels must be returned unaltered; and
4. A copy of the original invoice is provided.
